West Ashley Locations:

  • 6:30 AM MWF: Japan Karate Institute (Indoor) This was our initial location and is located at Japan Karate Institute located right off of Sam Rittenburg. You can see the map below for the address and exact location. Feel free to call me if you can’t find it or have questions about the location.View Larger Map
  • 6:15 PM TTh: Woodfield South Point (Outdoor) This is a wonderful outdoor location on Hwy 17S. The lighting is great, the community is extremely safe and the courtyard is perfect for a boot camp. Workouts are Tuesdays and Thursdays  View Larger Map

Goose Creek Locations:

  • 7:30 PM MWTh: Crowfield Plantation: All That Jazz Dance Studio at 108 Greenland Drive. This is a great Goose Creek location for everyone: almost in the heart of Crowfield Plantation. Summerville Locations:

  • 9:00 AM MWF: Summerville Family Martial Arts This location is now open! It’s in a great location on Central Ave. Right in the Publix shopping center. In fact, it’s right beside Publix at the Summerville Family Martial Arts Center. View Larger Map

  • 7:30 PM TTh: This is a a two day a week boot camp which runs on a session basis. Like all other workouts there is no commitment past the first month. To find out more click: Evening Boot Camp.

Mt. Pleasant Locations:

  • 7:00 AM TTh: Long Point Rd Convenient for all Mt Pleasant residents! I know because this is where I was born and raised. It’s an honor to open my newest boot camp in Mt Pleasant! Located at GymMasters Gym Academy.

  • 6:30 PM MW: Old Village Darby Building This boot camp is through the Mt Pleasant Recreation Department. To sign up for this particular location it is necessary to go to the Mt Pleasant website or call them at: 884-2528 or visit: Mt P Rec Website
