Charleston Fat Blasting Boot Camp F.A.Q.
1. Why should I join this boot camp rather than join a gym?
Great question… if your like 99% of women, you don’t really have the time to study what fitness programs get results and what don’t. Joining a gym can be one of the most confusing things you’ll ever do… I help you personally to make sure you get the most up-to-date fitness program techniques that produce the fastest, most long-term results.
Not to mention one session with a “gym” personal trainer will cost you upwards of $60 to $80 (for a single session)… and they don’t provide you with ANY support outside of the gym.
Listen, I created this to help you get results that last. No weight loss/weight gain yo-yos, no fitness burnout, no frustration, and no failing to hit your goals ever again. Just a lot of fun workouts and great results being part of an elite women’s fitness club.
2. Will I be able to complete the workouts?
Absolutely… there is no purpose for me to make a workout that is so difficult for you to do that you can’t keep up and get results. I want your body to change quickly… in the healthiest way… and in a way that makes you happiest.
No matter what your level of fitness, you will be able to keep up and complete each and every workout.
Keep in mind however that you will be pushed because results don’t come unless you push your body.
3. How flexible are the times going to be?
They may change, but only if there is a big request for change. The reason why we offer the two times that are currently offered is…
- Early bird time – I’ve spoken with many women and we don’t want to alienate those that do have a job. And those that do have told us that 5:00am is too early and they all requested a 6:30am time because that will give them more than enough time to get ready for work.
- The late time – The 7:30pm time is what we consider to be later workouts post work.
- More times will soon be available.
4. Can I bring my children?
YES! you can bring your children if they are not at school or for whatever reason. There are areas for them to sit where you can still see them. Please bring coloring books or toys for them to play with. In West Ashley, there is a television for them to watch as well.
Please note that while it’s ok to bring your children, please note that there is not a place for them to run around and we are not responsible for them.
5. What types of exercises are going to be included in the program?
This will be functional full body programs with minimal equipment used. There will be a lot of interval cardio training too.
The exercises will all be low impact and engineered in an order that will optimally blast your fat and sculpt your feminine muscle.
6. What doe a typical workout of boot camp look like?
We respect your time because we too run on a tight daily schedule. We will begin promptly at the starting time… no later… so be on time!
Once we start, we will blast through our workout moving to music… having fun… and sculpting our bodies.
After 45 minutes, the workout will be over and you can stay late to go through a flexibility session that lasts 15 minutes (only if you want too).
That’s it!
7. When are the teleseminars?
As the classes get filled with women, we will meet and talk about when the best times will be so that will be determined according to your schedule.
8. Are there shower facilities, or a place to get ready for work if I come to the early boot camp?
Yes we can provide a shower at the West Ashley location, but with the number of women (20) who will be in each boot camp class, it will probably be a rush.
It’s our goal that getting you in and out in 60 minutes will still leave you plenty of time to get back home and showered up for work or for the rest of your day.
9. What should I bring?
Great question and the answer at this time is just yourself, a towel of your own, water and your determination and fun attitude!
